Stress in groups
Many people are very uncomfortable in groups. These negative feelings are initiated when you have not learned very well how to behave in groups. Perhaps you have been bullied at school as a child and consequently this traumatic history makes you experience groups as stressful. You might feel insecure about your place in a group and question whether people will like you when you differ in opinion.
In this workshop you will learn (in a group!) to handle these types of stress. We will try to let you experience how to stay true to yourself whilst in groups.
